KV Design provides services including Website Design & Development, Graphic Design, Branding, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Website Maintenance. The scope of work will be defined in a written agreement or project proposal.

2. Payments

  • A 50% advance payment is required before starting any project.
  • The remaining 50% must be paid upon project completion.
  • Delays in payment may result in project delays or suspension.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate information and required content on time.
  • Delays caused by the client may affect the project timeline.
  • Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables promptly.

4. Revisions

Revisions will be provided as per the agreed project scope. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the final approved design and website files become the property of the client. KV Design reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio for promotional purposes.

6. Third-Party Services

KV Design is not responsible for issues arising from third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, plugins, or payment gateways.

7. Limitation of Liability

KV Design shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Payments made for completed work are non-refundable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
